Permissions for windows??Closed

Question

Hello, 
        Is thr any1 who can say me a best security software for windows so that it must ask password for renaming, altering, deleting, copying or moving of any file from 1folder to other... so that my files & folders in my win7 couldnt be altered, deleted, copied widout my permissions??? 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.8

Hi there,

Right click on the folder,file or drive>properties>security tab and select the permissions and types as well as who can access it with what privileges.
