Screen wont turn on for hp laptop Closed

Hello,   


i have a hp zd7260 us laptop .... when i turn my laptop on ... i cant see anything on the screen itself however if i plug an external monitor to it ... my screen shows on that .. i have formatted my pc sevral times its no use ... i also have an antivirus  .... NOD32 ESET  .... which hasnt detected a virus ... i dont think its a software problem ... i think the gfx card driver is the issue isnt working properly ....  

PLZNOTE : when i play cs and change my driver video setting from software to openGL or d3d and restart my computer it works for a quite a while ... and then goes off again after some time  

it also works when i flash my bios ... 

but all of that is just temporary doesnt keep it on for long .. 

plz help ..

Hi there,

If by connecting external monitor everything goes right then its not a software but a hardware issue which you need to take to a qualified technician or repair center to get it fixed.

I have looked at all of your comments and it cannot be a software issue but a hardware issue.  Please see a in the flesh technician.
