Hello, I AM TRYING TO DOWNLODE SIMD 3 ON MY COMPUTER FROM A DISC IT ISNT WORKING IT SAYS PLEASE INSERT DISC WHAT DO I DO ?

You may be having the incorrect disk , re download and install.
