answer for Messenger MacBook Closed

Hello, 

I have problem to sign in Microsoft Messenger, I have a MacBook and I tray and try and the only thing that I get is a message saying: Sign in to Microsoft Messenger failed because the service is not available or you may not be connected to the Internet.
 
Help please;

Dear Sir, 

There should be some errors on the application. Please remove it and have it installed back. Yet you should check whether you do have internet connection first.
