Assistance for Q7

Hello,

I had downloaded the drivers from the micromax drivers website. But when I install the drivers it says drivers installed.

But the pc says that it is still searching for the drivers.

Am not able to connect my q7 to pc. The phone works when it is put on mass storage mode. But the moment I keep it on or Webcam mode it is not getting recongnised.

Can anyone help? I have windows XP SP3 Installed.
