Nokias 5300 Memory card forgot password

haii
i have nokia 5300 phone it has some sort of soft ware troubles so i want to update the soft ware for my phone...
my problem is with updating software my memory card asks password and i forgotted it .....
updating my phone is very necessary and i cant remember my password for my mmc...i have a back up all my data in my memory card
so please give me a solution to break my memory card password......
