7" notebook

Hello,

I got a 7" notebook for my birthday less than a month ago, everything it says it does works but ive never heard of window CE before and was hoping there is a way to update it so that when i'm on the internet it works a bit faster. sometimes it says it is loading but never happens and it freezes on me and i have to turn it of manually, the only thing is when i turn it bk on a have to mess around with the wifi setting for it to allow me back on the net. does anybody know how i can update it so it works quicker on the internet?
