Memory card not detected

Hello,
i have LG kG 195 mobile...
when i insert micro sd memory card,it shows msg card inserted and logo is shown on mobile screen..but when i open my stuff it does not show memory card...
pls help me waht to do..
my memory card is working on other mobiles..

Hi there,

Try resetting the mobile to its default factory settings,if this also does not work then you have to take it to a mobile phone repair center as its definitely a hardware issue,
