Unable to make calls from SIM2 Closed

Hello Sir/Madam
I have an NKTEL A200 model dual sim phone all of a sudden I am unable to make calls through the SIM2. 
On making an outgoing call the error message is 'Network Busy' and the call is not through. 
I can receive incoming calls to the SIM2.  Initially the phone was working on both the sims. 
The settings on restrict calls is also clear.
Please help in resolving the problem.

Dear Sugu, 

Actually the problem that you are facing might be coming from the phone itself. It is not a problem coming from its network coverage or the SIM card itself since you are able to receive incoming calls. Please consider sending the phone to a Repair Shop in order to have the problem identified and solved.
