Hello,

I received my new HP laptop yesterday. Few of the alphabets keys are not being accessed in CAPITALs using "SHIFT+key".. I really don't understand this behavior.. I tried with "Fn" + NumLk but I didn't get it working.

Can someone help me out to resolve this issue..?

This could be a hardware problem with the keyboard. I would call the HP help line and see if they will replace either the keyboard or the entire laptop.
