Connected but my web browser wont work.

Hello,
My internet is connected but i cannot connect to the internet broswer. mozilla, chrome and ie do not work. i have removed anything from my computer that can harm it but my norton is not working for some reason, and i tried to uninstall it but it never works. its been like this for a little over a month now, can anyone help me? thanks

Hi there,

Open internet explorer ,go to tools>then uncheck work offline,done.
