 my gta iv is not working properly on my pc...I have 2gb RAM,nvidia 8600gt 512 VGA,windows xp sp3,and INTEL MSI motherboard.....pls help me to solve this.....

you must remember that GTA 4 is one of the most system intensive pc games still to date...my gta 4 lags too and i got 4GB RAM, Nvidia GTX260, Core 2 Duo and xp.

GTA 4 requires preferably a quad core processor...so start upgrading...
