IE 8Closed

Question

Hello, 

I tried to open the installation of the IE 8 and it says that thing:

Setup could not verify the integrity of the files needed for installation. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running on this computer.

I checked the cryptographic service and it says it's running...so i don't know what to do
please help me!

By the way i have windows XP


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0
