Hello, I HAVE ACER ASPIRE 5715Z LAPTOP.IT HAS FREEZED IT CANNOT BE OPEN ANY PROGRAM on desktop or startmenu please help me to find way.tell me what can i do it did not open cd room also.

Please confirm whether the problem is not sourcing from the motherboard, RAM slot or its graphic card.
