Sms is not going

Hello,
I have rocker e71. my problem is that i am not able to send SMS. I am receiving SMS.

Hi there,

You either do not have credits on handset or your service center number is incorrect,contact network provider to get the service center number or if a friend using same sim you can edit his settings and enter same on yours.
