Not real savvy with the itunes/ipod thing but trying to learn. Bought the wife a new laptop w/Windows 7 of course. She had forgotten her original itunes login and password from her humble beginnings with itunes (didn't write it down, forgot etc). So basically just had to open a new account for her on the new laptop. Problem is her ipod has roughly 1400+ songs on it from various sources. Been reading up on using copytrans etc, but still unsure which to use or way to go so as not to lose all this work she put into her ipod.
Soooo, question is how do I copy/backup the ipod library, then get it uploaded to her new itunes account using whatever software or back door steps...uncomplicated please.
