i am trying to download the latest version of itunes on my new computer. it is a windows 7 os. it downloads quick time and then says that i am installing the 32 bit version when i need the 64 bit version, which is what i thought i was downloading. when i try to uninstall itunes from the computer the same message comes up.
I have trouble with new upgrade of Itunes, after uninstalling and installing it , I realized it wasn't uninstalling Quick time player. After uninstalling itunes, and quick time. the ugrade download worked. No changing of anything. The other answers I saw was so convoluted wasn't worth trying. Try this.
