Cannot intall Rogue Kill on laptop from copy

Hello,
I have the Security Tools trojan on my laptop, it will not let me connect to the internet- dial up. So I copied the Malware and Rogue kill on a Cd disk, it lets me install Mal-ware but not the Rogue kill. How can I install rogue kill on the laptop to kill the trojan. Please let me know
