Xp no communication with monitor

Hello,

i have recently upgraded from w2k to xp but during the process of loading , the power went out. after the power came back on, i power up the desktop but no beeps, no communication with monitor. i have tried several troubleshooting like purging cpu, unplug cd/dvd player, unplug main motherboard. so far, nothing is working. any idea what i should be looking at/troubleshooting?

Hello,

Try this 1.

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another

slot. Check your RAM also. Even bad RAM will result you in display problem.

If you are using Video Card, then remove it and place it back properly.
