Populating a list based on a specific value2

Hello,
It's me again, this time bringing with me an example of what i'm trying to do. as you can see, there is a macro that generates more lines and maintains the current formula in the sheet, which is: if you choose X silhouette # then refer to y formula. what i now need is a macro that will populate the next formula vertically based on another # chosen from a list.
