Can't view Youtube on my 7" Mini Notebook Closed

Hello, 

I bought a 7" Mini Notebook from E-Bay and it was shipped from over seas, it doesn't want to contect to the internet very well and I cannot view Youtube on it.  It keeps saying something the the DNS.  I do not know very much about computers and would appreicate any help I can get with this problem.


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please have the latest Flash Player application installed on your system for being able to view the specific videos.

I have also bought 1 of these notebooks from ebay and have the same problems, It wont let me watch any of the you tube videos and also when i go on facebook i cant play on any of the games...Does anyone know how to help us on this please
