Hello,
Try this 1.
1) First make sure that you are installing the correct / compatible drivers.
2) Try installing the "Chipset" drivers first and then audio drivers. That's because
Some devices may not function properly if the drivers are installed out of order.

If the problem still exists, update your BIOS.
