Hello,
Try this 1.
Check whether the files are not in hidden mode.
Connect it to your PC and follow the instructions.
Click on "Start" -->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.
Command prompt will be opened.
Here I assume your memory card drive letter as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Press "Enter".
Note : Replace the letter g with your memory card drive letter.
Now check your memory card for the files.

Hello,
Download "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" from the below link
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Update it and perform "Full Scan".
Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".
Also update your Anti-virus and scan your PC.

hi, this happen to my e72 too, i had tried to format the memory card but message prompt write protected, then i tried remote access message, it still prompt message require (it doesnt change the password automatically) , i also tried copy and paste ur above solution, but message path not found (I have change the letter to drive letter), seek your advice.
