Cpu can be turn on but cannot start

Hello,



I have a problem with my cpu...i can turn it on but it cannot start and then it will turn off by its own and the it will turn back on again repeatedly.....the last thing i remember doing soomething is i was installing the k9 and then i reboot the computer...then it starts the problem that i had mentioned...so if anybody have an answer please tell me
