Setting up email on a china blackberry b9630.

Hello,

A friend of mine has just bought me a blackberry china phone, i think the model is blackebrry B9630, the problem is that I can not configure the push-mail settings. Have access to the internet has configured this manually. Do I need to contact service provider for email settings? Any other advice?.
