Why my laptop's OS filed after Z power isoff

Hey guys, I've got a problem with my acer Aspire 1350 laptop , the problem is happen after successfully installed or configure with new operating system and using the applications safely until the power is off. When I turned on the power , the OS is failed, this happened twice.
Why this happened and how can I fix the problem?

Test your hard drive with the tool available on link below:

Have you wiped whole hard drive or still partitions available on it?please provide more informations,.
