Problem to found the message in memorychip

Hello,

i have a problem in Nokia 5233.i set the message setting,it have facility to change message store in phone memory or memory chip.i set it in memory chip.but now i want to format my memory chip.so i dont know how i ll transfer all the message from chip to phone memory.what is the procedure of it?
