Laptop blackscreen and keypad problem

Hello,
2 days back my compaq v3000 was working just fine . But yesterday when i turned it on my touchpad wasnt working. So i turned it off n turned on agn but only black screen appeared. After some hrs i tried to turn it on. N it did but dis time evn the keyboard stopped responding. Thn wen i restarted agn black screen appeared. Dis process getes repeated agn n agn plz helpppppp!

I suspect a hardware problem with the motherboard. Unless the laptop is under warranty I suggest you buy a replacement.
