Mac drivers will not install

please i'm having a problem with my macbook i'm trying to format it after finished erasing i continue installing the drivers when it reach half it show a failed installation message that i have to restart after clicking the restart then the system refuse to continue it installation i have been waiting for a couples of an hour no respond i dont know wat to do so can u pls help me thanks
