Permanently Add Files

Hello,

For some reason, iTunes doesn't store the music. Every time I access iTunes, the page is blank and I have to "add folder to library" every time. How do I get iTunes to store all my music?

Dear Math Chick,

It might be that there are some missing or corrupted files causing the application to act so, you should hence have it removed and reinstalled.
