Please help me reagarding speed og aircelgprs

Hello, please tell me ho can i boost up my speed by 50% my speed is very low as i am using
aircel gprs . and don t tell me that trick that go to run command and types temporary and delete all files and go to run and type gpedit.msc its all are fake trick if you you are really a expert then tell me to increase my net speed with some new tricks sent to it in my id my model no of mobile is nokia 2730classic by this i connect aircelgprs in my pc with the help of data cable
