Unable to read & write message through net

Hello,



I have Micromax Q3 with using Airtel GPRS service (No:- 9960169881). I have problem with using internet i.e. Inbox & writing mail occured INSUFFICIENT MEMORY

Kindly help me in this regard.

Dear Jotiram,

If the problem is coming from the phone itself, please have the phone restored to factory settings and have the GPRS settings activated and the email settings re activated to get free of the trouble.
