Local only when trying to connect at work

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my laptop at work, i can connect to the wireless network but its local only, and if i try to plug right in i still cant connect, HELP! It used to work and when Im at home it connects to my network & internet

when i try to repair it it says ""there maybe a problem with your Domain Name Server (DNS) configuration"
