My Itouch won't sync, even though it says soClosed

Hello, 
My Itouch used to always work and sync perfectly, but lately when I plug it into my laptop it just says that it's syncing on both my ipod and my itunes... but it might say that for hours without actually syncing. please help. thanks!


Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 533.4

Dear Jake, 

It might be that there are some missing or corrupt files on your application. Please have your system restored to a date where the application was wroking correctly and hence get the problem solved.
