Please get to your Security Center in the Control Panel and have the security settings disabled from there.

Hello,
Try this 1.
Right-click on "Internet Explorer" icon --> Properties --> Click on "Security" tab -->
Click on "Custom" button --> Click on "Reset" button --> Click on OK ---> Click on
"Reset all zones to default level" button --> Click on OK.
