2nd Headphone Jack

Hello,
I have Alienware MX11 :D
And my second headphone jack is not working.
The first one is fine.. But the second one is not working AT ALL! :(
Please Help! Thanks <3

Hi there,

Are you sure the second one is for headset or its for mic?please check again or try hooking mic to the second port,
