CPS i6 Dual Sim GMS/GPRS setting for ATT

Hello,

I recently purchased a CPS i6 from china, I am unable to configure successfully to be able to access my web browser,email, fb, yahoo, etc. I called my ATT service and they said I would need to contact the supplier of the phone. Could you please give directions of what I need to input for Data Account and Web Services.
