Dear Kareem,
Please confirm whether the USB port is not faulty and also check whether the PC Suite is the right compatible one.
Thank you.

Hi,
what type of USB driver I need to use?
You mentioned the NOKIA PC suit, But I am using Samsung mobile. I am using the samsung PC suit software as mentioned in the above link which is updated one because I am having samsung mobile (Corby).
Any more clues?
Regards,
Kareem.

hey man i used your solution in this forum for video output failure: https://ccm.net/computing/hardware/1535-computer-boots-to-black-screen/#15
It worked, but ever since, my computer has been significantly slower. games the usually run maxed out at 60 are nearly unplayable. i got 8.5 fps on the heaven benchmark. i was wonder what could have caused this severe drop in performance.
thanks in advance,
here is a post i made with further details about my problem:
