I have Sony Erricson W200i phone set. when i try to connect laptop with my mobile in FILE TRANSFER mode, it get connected and i can seen 2 drives namely "PHONE" and "PHONE MEMORY" in "my computer". Also Sony Err. PC suits shows "Sony Erricson W200 connected in File Transfer Mode" and when i click File Manager, Mobile Networking Wizard or any other push button it ask to reconnect cable and switch to PHONE MODE
But when i choose Phone Mode at the time of plugging data cable with my mobile, i am not able connect with Laptop. and PC Suite shows "NO DEVICE CONNECTED"
Reset the mobile phone to factory settings and try connecting,before doing so try connect to another pc and give your feedback to guide you more on it.
