PNY Pen Drive Write protection

I have 4GB PNY pen Drive, and now it is write protected, I don't know how.It doesn't have write protection switch.
I have tried many utilities available on various websites to format it, but none of them seems to work in this case.

method given here is not working in this case.
I need your help to find the solution to remove write protection from my PNY Pen drive.
