Error latency/ping to big

Hello,


every single time I try playing online after 5minutes i get kicked out with a error which always says something like error latency/ping to big or ping to high

type in conzole : cl_updaterate 60 cl_cmdrate 60 rate 6000 or rate 10000 and try witch of these options gaves you lowest ping
