Skype trouble

Hello,
(Exception EAccess Violation in module skype.exe at 0002DF6E. Access violation at address 0042DF6E in module skype.exe Read of Address 00000000)I'm getting this as Error while installing Skype...Plz help

Download the setup file again and reinstall it,you can use this link:
