Lost desktop and icons

Hello,

I am facing a really difficult problem all of a sudden. Abruptly, i can't find my desktop and the tasckbar is also missing. Please help me in this issue. I am unable to do anything at home, I have to complete all my articles at work. Thanks for any solution.
