Not opened pendrive

Hello,my kingston 4gb pendrive not opening.
i don't know wat is the reason........
if any one knows then plz forward to my mail......

hi
please give more details about the problem you're having concerning your pen drive.
is your pc detecting it?
are you getting the "removable disk" icon???

when i try to open my pen drive from my pc it detects it as "Removable Disc(i):" but when i am try to open it by double clicking, my computer replies me "Please insert disc in to Drive I:"
i was also try to open my pen drive from cmd shell but there also one error occurs "This Device is not ready"
