Lap top power on modes?

Hello,

my lap top power bottom is not working well. I was thinking of a substitution for power on buttom like that in PC, for example switching on lap top by keyboards or mouse. but as i searched the lap top set up, i couldnt find such an item. could anyone help me with this please? thanks in advance.
