Hello,
here is the solution to your problem.
1. Prevent useless application from running in the background at boot time.
You can use this tool to identify them:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
2. You registry is probably clogged-up so use this totally free but efficient registry cleaner:
https://www.eusing.com/free_registry_cleaner/registry_cleaner.htm
3. Last but not least you must defragment your hardisk. The tool to reorganize the items and defragment is situated in your control panel.
Once your done, the speed difference will be greatly increased.
