Cannot connect to net unless do a restore...
Closed
Hello,
Every time I turn on my pc I have to run a system restore to enable me to use the net. There is nothing wrong with the modem. Its soem setting on the PC but I have no idea what!? some help would be great if poss, as this is so frustrating.
Once the restore has finally finished, all works fine... well I say fine, its very slow, but normal.
Thanks in advance!

The only error message I get is when I open outlook express, it says 'proxy, no connection' or something like that. When I open google chrome, its a white page with 'not connected'. Once I have ran a restore everything is fine??
Hi there,
Its better you make a system repair instead of making a restore several times and then reinstall the drivers which are missing on system,take your windows installation cd insert in cd rom drive,restart system press any key when prompted and select repair,for this link below will guide you;
