I have the same problem. THey work in bios but once windows starts up nothing works. In safe mode or any other mode. tried taking the battery out, the ram (suggested by some other threads). i can only imagine it's a virus or software problem b/c otherwise it wouldn't work in bios either. If you have any suggestions please write.
