Hello,
Try formatting your pen drive from command prompt.
Click on Start ---> In search box, type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your pen drive letter is G drive.
Now enter this command.
format /q /x g: and press Enter.
Note : Don't forget to replace the letter "g" with your pen drive letter.
Or
Try formatting your pen drive using "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool".
