Hello,

Before I was able to increase and decrease volume through the keys on my keyboard but now they don't work anymore, do you believe that they are physically damaged, thanks...

Hi there,

It may be damaged,you can purchase a new keyboard as its cheap.

Dear Sir,

It might as said be that the circuit board is damaged and hence you can also send it to a repair shop for them to get it fixed but more probably, you will have to get it replaced.
